Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timing varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on every order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a 15% return fee applies.
To start a return, contact us at shopistor2026@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide the next steps.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and help.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of placing an order.
